You job is to help people build enough resource in their bodies do that they can release stress response to trauma.

a safe place to connect with sensations
clear boundaries as a teacher
consent to touch
normalize the experience of being human
grounding, orient, centred, breathe ( aka a resourceful yoga teacher!)
cues to ‘invite’ ‘be curious’, so that no one gets overwhelmed by sensation
