He Keeps Me In Check
One of the seasons I have felt most ‘in flow’ in life was when I was pregnant with my son Isaiah. For once in my life I relaxed, I felt confident and I gave in. I surrendered to my body and in that way I invited softness. Power is found in peace, vulnerability and will (p.s.: you need not be pregnant to harness this!!!!). The will to feel held from within and I guess it was literal when pregnant. And look at us now! He holds me! He keeps me in check. He lets me know when am too serious, constantly checking my phone or whiny. He observes. « You got new earrings, I see! » And best yet « mummy, wanna play? » .
Yours in silliness and frosty spring nights 😘
