Day 69

I have practice more yoga this month that I have in a LONG time. I have never felt better. Physically, I feel strong. Emotionally, I feel forgiving. Common symptoms includes: less self-imposed guilt more overall time (for myself & consequently others) less procrastination (due to less fear) speaking up body lightness, clarity of mind, stronger life purpose, fire in the belly, electricity in my heart. Mix all of the above = happiness  To think that I lost my son 10 months ago. To think I had a late miscarriage 5 months ago. I could be head deep in depression, popping pain-killers and wanting to kill myself. But because I have a mindfulness practice, I feel OK. I am OK.
