I am SO excited to introduce the ONE MONTH JULY BOOT CAMP at the Cow Bay Hall.
When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Where: Cow Bay Hall
Time: 5:45- 6:45am
Monday: Strong ARMS
Wednesday : More CORE
Friday : Happy Hips & LEGS
Session starts JUNE 29th & ends July 24th (12 morning classes in total!)
IMPORTANT: The morning Canada Day Class will be at 9 am!
