Intermediate Yoga - SUB


There are moments in the yoga journey where you feel complete magic. Moments where you are so focused and connected you glimpse ananda. This class is a vigorous flow that propels you through a series of standing poses, warrior poses, arm balances and hip openers. This year we will be jumping into inversion play, using headstand and wild transition for play. Practice dynamic transition, heart rhythms and deep intentions. Aim to melt through your outer layers, or koshas, to the inner 'jyotir' or light.
