Last class at Cow Bay Hall for 2017!


Beginners Yoga is a foundational series for new yogis. This program is perfect for those looking to gain knowledge of basic poses. Each practice will get a bit more challenging with the program culminating in a fun sequence that connects everything you’ve learned.  Be patient with yourself, learn to make yoga feel good!
